TosDiff is an open-source service. We are committed to your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about visitors.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require you to create an account or log in.
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• We do not use third-party analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics).
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

3. Server Logs

Like most web servers, our hosting provider may retain standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for operational and security purposes. These logs are not used to identify individuals and are not shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Content

This page loads Bootstrap CSS and JavaScript from a CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net). That CDN may log your IP address when serving these files. We have no control over that logging.

5. Document Snapshots

TosDiff fetches and stores snapshots of publicly available legal documents. No personal data is extracted or stored from those documents.

6. Open Source

The full source code for TosDiff is available on GitHub. You can inspect exactly what data is collected and how it is used.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the change in the GitHub repository.
